Hunger pangs
Sometimes I have hunger pangs that last few hours to a day. I still feel hungry after eating food to satisfy it. Last month I went for FBS test (94 mg/dl) and HbA1c (4.8). I had cbc, thyroid profile checked up few months ago which turned out to be normal too. What shall I do?

You can take multiple small meals per day. You sugar is normal. You don't have diabetes. Stay hydrated Take more fruits and green leafy vegetables.
