Huge pain in knee bones.
Hello, My mom has a severe join pains and specially the knee joints pain and it is difficult for her to sit down or walk. kindly need your help.

Hello First visit to your nearest orthopedic hospital and conform what she has actual problem because there are so many possibilities like early changes of arthritis, meniscus tear,cartilage damage. Also do blood test,vitamin d,vitamin b12, calcium.
Next Steps
you can apply ice and after conform diagnosis you can visit physiotherapy center.you can take ultrasound for painrilief and do exe like static quds,SLR,quds muscle strenthnig exe

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello there,,,,well joint pain can be due to various reasons can range from as simple as a overstrain muscular pain or can even be a bit complex like Arthritis,,,also you mentioned the knee joints pain the most....well a clinical examination along with xray and calcium levels need to be checked...inorder to have a proper diagnosis.
Next Steps
get both leg xrays in AP,Lat and sunrize view get CBC,Sr calcium,Vit D,sr uric acid,RA factor tested.

As her age n gender suggest its an age of early osteoarthritis If she had no other joint pain Then get palain weight beart x rays of knee joint If it comes normal, it will be soft tisse like meniscal or early cartilage damage For better suggestion , we need to examine the knees clinically Thanks n Regards
