Means the distal end of right tube is dilated If u are thinking of undergoing in IVF it should definitely be preceded with clipping of the dilated tube The chances of natural conception will depend upon lot many other things like your amh  levels the Semen analysis of the husband etc

One tube is enough for a pregnancy. Tubal clipping is done befor IVF. If trying naturally don’t worry abt the hydrosalphinx

The fluid in hydrosalpinx is toxic to pregnancy. Ideally the tube needs to be clipped prior to pregnancy . You should consult a nearby gynaecologist for further possibility
