I want to loose my weight as my weight is 78kg n my height is 5.7". So how can i lose my weight effectively.

Use cinnamon in the morning daily... Small and frequent meal should be regularly Do not skip any meal... Increase your fibre intake... Use skimmed mik and its product... Change your cooking oil every month.. Do physical exercise at home level Take more of liquids Do not drink more water between the meal... After taking meal walk atleast 15 minutes..... Avoid fried items, avoid starchy food , avoid sugars, avoid outside and junk food...

Start exercise, brisk walk morning and evening, follow diet plan. Add more fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables as salad, before half an hour of meal take 1-2 glasses of water. Avoid junk food and oily food.
