How to reduce vitamin d
I m a 47 yrs old women going through menopause last year my vitamin d was 6.5 so doctor suggested vitamin d tablet I have taken the tablets after One year now I have taken 4 vitamin d tablet now it's raised now vitamin d 25oh is 115ng. What to do to decrease vitamin d or will it automatically reduce day by day I stopped taking vitamin d tablet Please reply Thankyou in advance

Hello, As long as you do not have any symptoms. I would recommend hydration with at least 2Liters of water per day. But if you have any concerning symptoms like Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and other symptoms, I would recommend going to the nearest hospital soon.
