My hight is 5''10 and weight is 88kg.i am trying to reduce my belly fat I am doing 40 minutes walk an some light workout in morning. I need to know Is it safe to avoid dinner to reduce belly fat fast or what I can take as dinner.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and Walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. . If you want to reduce belly fat please eat at right time and keep your self full all day having small meals and eating after every two or two and a half hour, as per your comfort. For e.g. Have a heavy breakfast(avoid oil fried stuff) right after you wake up as in, in an hour or two. lets say you wake up @ 8 have ur BF by 9:30 or 10 by max have small fruit/Veg salad by 12 or whatever you like that will not addup. have your lunch by 2. eat some sprouts or dalia(oats) by 4:30 or 5. have your dinner before 7 if you sleep early(10PM) otherwise you can delay till 8 and you are done for the day nothing after 8 pm irrespective you sleep @ 11 or 12(don't eat anything late night) also involve yourself in some physical activity for half an hour in the morning or evening. Once you start following this you will automatically loose and observe the energy that will help you carry yourself all day long. In all the meals you have to avoid having fast food or oil fried stuff.Once in a while you can have it but not frequently.

Hi See you are overweight so that is causing the acidity issue and increasing of belly fat. So you need to lose weight with the healthy balanced plan but a low calorie diet. So you need to do activity with that. As it's always 70% diet and 30% activity for weight loss. I can surely help you but not over here as I don't know your time schedule, diet schedule and your medical history so I would recommend you to take a consultation with me. For a while you can follow following tips which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to follow up personalized plan 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat.
