Try this grounding technique. First count any five things you see around. Then feel any 5 things which are around you by touching. Then try to smell any five things around you.. Then taste five foodstuffs around you little.. Go for salt, sugar, spices like cardamon, milk, water at last. Then feel the temperature of any five things around you. Do it as an exercise regularly as well as during attacks.. Hope this is helpful

It can be either due to stress or due to medical reasons. If it's due to stress, it can be eased. This will take a bit of practice and dedication from your side. Practice mindfulness. Whenever you become aware of being in a worry or anxious state, you have to calm yourself down. You have to literally say "calm down! Your name". Deep breathing along can help. The trick is when u breath in, tummy should go out and reverse for breathing out. Also, a physiotherapist can help you with relaxation therapy if you feel that you need assistance.
