Hello,
From past 6-7 months I'm feeling dizziness and imbalance and these symptoms will be very high when I'm at office.
In office while walking I feel like I'm walking on moving boat or the surface beneath my feet is moving and I can't stand still for few mins , standing still will increase that feeling and I get extremely panic. There are few places like cafeteria , washroom where this feeling increases more and I get panic attack.
While in home I feel dizzy but I never got the imbalance, panic feelings... because of this, once I step in to the office I sit at my desk for straight 8 hrs without standing up or walking. This is disturbing by life a lot , I stopped going outside and almost I stick to home. I been to cardiologist, neurologist and they told that I have no issues related to heart and brain.Kindly helpme please
