Dizziness, imbalance, anxiety
Hello, From past 6-7 months I'm feeling dizziness and imbalance and these symptoms will be very high when I'm at office. In office while walking I feel like I'm walking on moving boat or the surface beneath my feet is moving and I can't stand still for few mins , standing still will increase that feeling and I get extremely panic. There are few places like cafeteria , washroom where this feeling increases more and I get panic attack. While in home I feel dizzy but I never got the imbalance, panic feelings... because of this, once I step in to the office I sit at my desk for straight 8 hrs without standing up or walking. This is disturbing by life a lot , I stopped going outside and almost I stick to home. I been to cardiologist, neurologist and they told that I have no issues related to heart and brain.Kindly helpme please

Hello, there can be few conditions resulting in dizziness , loss of balance., it could be your blood pressure, neck and head muscles or ears. It’s hard to make a diagnosis on this information, so I can’t pinpoint what is causing these symptoms . I will suggest to consult a physiotherapist with a background in neuro rehabilitation. If you are intrested in our services, you can contact us.
Health Tips
Slow down your head and neck movements, try to stand up slowly, avoid sudden body movements or change in position
