Constant Dizziness and neck pain
Hi doctor,i am 28years since last 5days i am experiencing constant dizziness whenver i lay down and get up or move my head from right to left, also i feel coldness behind my head i am experiencing this without a miss. Also constant neck pain is there with shortness of breath. I am diagnosed with anemia due to iron deficiency last month i am on medication for that also but i have never experienced this kind of dizziness even when i was diagnosed. Also i ahve left shoulder pain, and lower back pain also pain in ankle. Please help.

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must.

Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  your problem is related to iron deficiency, meaning less blood in body, that is blood flow is quite late to reach the required part,  so you feel the dizziness. Once iron deficiency is solved your dizziness will stop.
Next Steps
boost your iron intake by taking foods rich in iron, get neck massage done by either a physio or ayurvedic massage.  if neck pain is relieved then learn exercise from physio to get a strong neck and shoulder muscles.

Hi, your dizziness problem can be related to neck or Ear other aches and pains, can be because of multiple issue like vitamin deficiency or some mineral deficiency or joint related issues

Your dizziness could be a sign of vertigo. You can meet a general practitioner to give you medicine for that. Or meet a physiotherapist who can teach you exercises to help relieve the dizziness. As for the pain in shoulder, back and ankle need more information before we can. Take care
