It's not an anxiety problem. Get a MRI done for Thoracic Spine & X Ray for Cervical Spine to diagnose the problem. Manual therapy & Chiropractic adjustment will cure the problem. Lumber Traction, & Cervical Traction wd Hot pack, & Tens  on the neck & lower thoracic area will stop the numbness of stomach & neck front. All this for 15 days. Stretching exercises to be done for back & neck. Tell me, Do U have at any points in the body ??
