Brain MRI,  he found two very small spot on MRI on (left besal ganglia) So he also suggest clopitab 75(clopidogral) .  In that time my tension and anxiety level was too high and that time I thought I have serious issue and, I can't do anything in my life ect. But after 90days he take off clopitab, but he continue zaptra and betacap for my anxiety and panic,  After taking those I feel good,  But the problem is those medicines still continue from last 7 year just betacap reduce to 20mg, zaptra 12.5 is continue. now I have some *memory problem*, * confussion*, * lack of concentration*, *communication problem*, now my question is how can I get rid off from those medicines? doctor please suggest something or help me

Hello As per your history , it's best to consult to a psychiatrist  or nurologist for medicine reduction and getting rid off , don't stop any medicine abruptly or without any thorough consultation. Meditation / guided meditation / yoga they will help you for sure. Do focus on healthy diet. Thank you
