Anxiety...
Hello doctors, I need some help here. I feel I have had anxiety all my life, but now it has gotten worse. I am always stressed and distracted. I am always procrastinating and then worrying about it. I am just always scared but don’t really know about what. I have tried medicines which were prescribed by doctors. They are Fluvoxin, Arpizol, and Lonazep, but they didn’t really help. Could you please suggest some medication which will really calm me down? I am anxious all the time. I just need to feel calm.

try counselling sessions and yoga every day. savasana, anuloma-viloma pranayam and positive auto suggestions at night before sleeping. these would really help a lot . you can contact me if you need more info

i understood your problem please Revisit Your Psychiatrist: Since the prescribed medications (Fluvoxin, Arpizol, and Lonazep) didn’t help, discuss your symptoms and response with your psychiatrist. Medications for anxiety often require adjustment in dosage or a switch to a different type of medication. Finding the right treatment can take time.

Hey there! Please consult a psychiatrist for medications. You can try cranio-sacral therapy for relaxation. You can also do meditation and yoga.

Hi dear, hope you're well. It seems you need to get consulted by a psychologist but being a physio i would recommend you to practice breathing exercises as you're young try not to rely on these medications if you condition can be controlled by simple lifestyle changes and working out is important as stress is an energy if you don't release stress from your body by working out it will get stored in your body and keep making you anxious all the time. Rest kindly share your query with a psychologist.
