Is anxiety responsible for skip heartbeat. Ecg show - sinus arrhythmia Echo show - skip heartbeat Are they normal during anxiety

Hlo... Sinus arrythmia is itself refers to irregular heartbeat it may b too slow or too fast. First try to control ur emotions and then do regular physical activities like walking,jogging.yoga vl also helps to control ur anxiety. If this doesn't work consult cardiologist for further diagnosis. Thanks!
