Doing Skipping everyday
Will there be any harm in doing skipping (jump rope) everyday for 10 mins? If so can you please list them out?

No problem in doing that..but don't start high frequency in starting after few days increase slowly.

Beginners 10 minutes of skipping is ideal. You can continue for a month before you increase the intensity.

As per your weight mentioned its okay to do for 10mins everyday but try to warmup the body before skipping and do it priperly without any jerks. 10mins is easy to do but dont go for more than 10mins of skipping.
