Back pain staring after skipping
Hello sir A four day before I got a so much pain in my back during skipping a rope (exercise) A pain is left side near to backbone at one point. I can't even bend may self down or twist. I get so much pain during my back movement. But I recovered in a1&1/2day after that but yesterday again paining started after sit down on floor and I get so much paining to get standup. I'm applied warm water on paining place. So plz help me what should I have to do. I have to constant any orthopaedic dr or any physiotherapists or wait for a some time. ? My friend told me it is sprain(nas chadna) is it true? So what should I have to do plz help me

You might suffering from sacroiliatis, consult an orthopaedic and continue Physiotherapy and sI joint strengthening exercises

It may be a soft tissue injury. Take rest as much as possible .pls visit to a physio clinic for better management & diagnosis.

Hy u consult a ortho or physio with back x rays and take some rest.

start some hot water fermentation and use hard bed. avoid skipping and bending.

You need  to take  hot formentation   for some  relief  and cunsult  physiotherapists  . Take  some secession of physiotherapy  .it will be OK

Looks like some disc issue. You can meet an ortho or physio for radiological opinion. Confirm the cause of the problem before proceeding.  More of a disc prolapse than muscular origin.

Hey your friend might be right. But such issue can only be solved if you visit your physio. As he or she might properly evaluate and diagnose you. It might bot be a serious issue at the moment
