Gud evening for maintaining a healthy body n mind pls have a healthy balanced meal that too on proper time.Try to maintain a healthy lifestyle routine too like daily exercise,adequate water intake minimum of 2.5ltrs n max 3ltrs including other liquid food items such as milk,plain buttermilk etc,stress reduction if u have of any kind,proper sleep minimum of 6-7hrs sound sleep,everything matters to keep yourself healthy forever.
