Well I always felt and still feel gummies are over-rated than it’s realtime need.
The reasons are
1. Gummy’s are unnecessary for most of us although ok for senior citizens as they have tooth issues
2. They have loads of added sugar which affects your tooth and overall health functions
3. Nutrient content aren’t listed accurately
Next Steps
So as per me gummy’s aren’t a smart choice as per today’s time things are evolving I’m aware but not everything on the shelf is worth our money
Healthy morning,
Over consumption of gummy vitamins may put you risk of getting too much of certain nutrients. Especially if you also eat foods already fortified with vitamin and minerals. This could result in vitamin and mineral toxicity, which can be harmful your body.
Gummy vitamins have many downsides, compared with supplements. The dosage of gummy vitamins can be unreliable. Also chances are that by time you eat gummy, its vitamin content will have degraded. Tha better option is to take traditional pills or tablets.
