Mam I have started gym before few months...but when I stop to going gym..my weight is increased continuously...I have no idea about when to eat and what to eat in the day...I want am non vegetarian person...tell me the diet plan and tips for weight loss mam...thank u mam...help will be appreciated and also i request u to tell me about what is not to eat in the day

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.
