How to get rid of anxiety disorders.
I am stuck since 5 months with anxiety disorder, worried to go somewhere alone and not been able to properly take any decision due to this issue. Please help me out how can I fix it and get rid of this problem forever

The details mentioned by you indicate that you are having more than usual ( moderate to severe level of anxiety). For the same, you can consult a psychiatrist and take medications for few months. Medications will give immediate relief to certain extent, but it will not go completely. Simultaneously, you have to do anxiety reducing relaxation techniques. This combined approach can give you good results. These exercises and medications is best prescribed by the Psychiatrist.

Anxiety disorders have various forms of presentation phobias to generalised anxiety disorder, PTSD etc … Any symptom - psychic or physical- both could be really troublesome especially when experienced for a long period of time. Inattention is a symptom of anxiety itself. Easy distractibility, lack of confidence, feeling tense and keyed up, indecisiveness, startles, all these can be associated symptoms. These could impair work performance and daily ability to function.
