How to gain weight faster
Hi , my age is 19 and height 5ft 7 My weight is 57kg how can i gain weight faster I already eating 2500 calories from past 4 months but still no gain till now i want to gain weight to 70 kg . Also I'm pure veg. Here's my diet of the day- 10 roti with ghee 500ml milk 50g of peanut butter 4 bananas

Greetings!   It is ideal to get a full body check up done to make sure there are no deficiencies. Just by increasing calories, it is difficult to increase weight. You need to concentrate on protien rich foods as well. I need some more info to help you better.

Hello pls do detail whole body check up for detecting if there will be any internal health issues like thyroid issues,diabetes, kidney test,liver function  test etc.pls follow a healthy lifestyle routine including a healthy balanced diet.
