Hi, I understand your concern. Weight gain is a gradual process & it needs a lot of personalized dietary approaches. Drastic changes, working out excessively will only give short term results. Improving your overall food intake and regularity in physical activity mainly weight-bearing exercises will help you in putting on weight. Patience and compliance are two things that will help and show the results. A personalized diet is strongly recommended as constant modifications are required and it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, medical conditions if any, medications, sleep, stress, height, weight, etc., this helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. Following are the guidelines that will be of help: 1. Do not skip meals & Have balanced meals throughout the day 2. Never workout or exercise on an empty stomach. Have a fruit, preferably banana before exercise       3. Ensure protein in the form of dals, pulses, milk, eggs, chicken, fish, sprouts, paneer etc to be a part of every meal that you take. 4. Ensure 2 fruits throughout the day. 5. Incorporate foods that contain healthy fats & are calorie-dense like almonds, walnuts, peanuts, dried fruits like dates, anjeer, raisins etc during mid-meals as snacks 6. Have calorically dense foods such as milkshakes, lassi, chicken or paneer sandwich/wraps, peanut chikki etc & calorically dense vegetables like potato, sweet potato, yam etc 7. Have a glass of milk during bedtime  8. Strength training exercises will help in improving the muscle and your weight on the scale while decreasing your body fat percentage 9. Avoid sweets, fried foods, fruit juices, junk food as it will increase your body fat even though you may look lean/thin 10. Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day at regular intervals to keep yourself well hydrated it also helps in flushing the toxins out of the body.

Hi For gaining weight in a very healthy and natural way you need to have more high biological value plant proteins such all variety dals, legumes like kidney beans, cow peas, chik peas, lobhia, green peas , sll variety beans etc and even germinated and fermented foods like chana sprouts and green gram sprouts for good gut microflora and for proper assimilation and absorption of food consumed..and nuts to be consumed in moderate quantity or fistful .. Consumption of whole milk and milk based products of desi buffalo or cow's milk.. Have roots and tuber vegetables like potatoes, carrot, beetroots, sweet potato, yams, elephant yams, colocasia, tapioca etc.. Consume more bananas, and other fruits.., fruit juices, milk shakes, good number of hours sleep at nights, more water, low to moderate fiber, kheer , fresh or dry dates, raisins etc... For glowing skin and acne consuming more seasonal fruits and vegetables, more water per day around 2 to 3 litres, healthy lifestyle, well balanced meals etc..washing facing 2 to 3 times daily with plain water without soap.. If you want to gain weight.  We need to know the reasons for your under weight. Eat good amount of chapatis, potatoes, high protein foods like whole eggs, dals ,milk paneer. Good fatty foods  like nuts, desi ghee, butter etc

Eat good food in time.Full sumptuous nutritious food home cooked is the healthiest. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,sprouts,wholegramsin sll ur meals.Almonds,walnuts,figs,raisins,drydates are healthy to eat. Drink milk,milk products.Intake ghee,butter in ur meals. Drink enough water everyday. Sleep leisurely at night for atleast six hrs. Walk,exercise,yoga everyday for an hour a day for fitness.

You have to take sufficient calories as per your requirement for gaining some extra pounds. For glowing skin you can have much vegetables & some specific food items. Food gap should be maintained.
