You can have total 20g that is 4 teaspoons in a day. It includes all visible fats like ghee, butter and oil.
Use cold pressed filtered oil and not refined oil.
Use mustard, groundnut, til, olive, coconut oil for cooking.

You can have upto 2 teaspoons,but taking it directly can irritate you stomach.
Mix it with salad or something like that.
Also you can have oils like olive oil,coconut oil,flaxseed oil,safflower oil,sunflower oil as well.

As you have not provided your all information so on General basis can recommend 5ml in each meal.
Rather than rice bran oil you can directly consume olive oil in your salat. It will enhance the taste of salat.
As you can use Sarso ka oil also.

Oil is oil. It doesn't give much Health benefits. Still you can use upto 1-2 spoons in a day. You can consume it in making vegetables & Paranthas or mix in the dough.
