Curd rice took around 1-2 hours to digest.Consuming curd rice in afternoon is preferable as it will help with digestion avoid consuming at night as it creates digestive issues.It took 30 minute to leave the stomach.

Hi, the entire digestion process takes place under one to one and a half hour,during which it is advised not to sleep or run or excercise.
