How many days off and on
Generally if I want to eat anything related to ayurveda but I heard that if u eat daily it won't be useful instead eat for some days and don't eat for some days again repeat it .. Can I know how many days shud we eat and not eat ..

Firstly, avoid believing on what you have heard on Ayurveda from outsiders. There are certain things that can be useful on daily basis and others which shouldn't be consumed on regular basis. Satmya is a concept in Ayurveda where body gets used to the type of food, medications and other habits. For our body to get used to anything it requires certain amount of time which differs from person to person. So don't worry about accepting Ayurveda as a way of living. Consult an Ayurvedacharya and get your doubts resolved.
