Ayurveda does not visualise a medical condition just based on its symptoms or location. The entire body and mind is evaluated to get to the root cause. Once necessary Dietary changes are made , you start providing the right anti inflammatory and tissue building foods to the body, by which slowly the body's healing process takes over. So if you really want to see good results , first work on the diet and lifestyle . Fir this HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda can help.  If you need any further guidance you can consult online

It’s not about Ayurveda or Allopathy.CSR can resolve without any treatment in some cases which are acute. It is self resolving in most of cases within few months but if it is chronic then treatment is required either Ayurvedic or Allopathy to stop complications like vision loss.
Next Steps
You should go to Ayurvedic eye specialist nearby you for complete fundoscopic examination along with complete history only after that treatment should be done
Health Tips
Eye examination is necessary within regular interval.

There is not a single medical condition that is not mentioned in charak samhita by the charakacharya!! Ayurveda is whole some!! Just because there is no research paper or article published about a disease doesn't mean it's treatment isn't available!! Our diagnosis is very different from modern diagnosis because ayurveda works on different principles!! Do give ayurveda treatment a try...!!

In Ayurveda, the treatment approach focuses on balancing the doshas (body energies), strengthening the eyes, and improving overall health.
Next Steps
you can design a personalized ayurvedic diet to help the condition. Also, lifestyle modification, eye yoga and exercise, oral herbal medicines, panchkarma, eye drops and oils help to resolve the problem effectively.
Health Tips
It is important to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner to determine the best course of treatment tailored to individual needs.
