During weekdays, whenever i eat (even little like a cup of milk) breakfast I feel sleepy and it's difficult concentrate during this WFH .
Thus I usually have brunch (4 chappati/3 paratha) at 12:30 pm and dinner around 8 pm (3 chappati)
On holiday like sat, sun, I eat all 3 meals.
I am 85 kg and height is 5 feet 9 inch.
I am a non veg (meat rarely like once a month, but egg almost daily), non smoker, non drinker and very very rarely drink tea/coffee.
I fast competely on water (not even fruits/kuttu) every once in 15 days (ekadashi)
Just wanted to check if this lifestyle is fine ?

Hi
First and foremost the timings of your meals to be changed a bit..
You should not skip breakfast as breakfast is the first and prime meal of the day..and the amount of energy in the form of calories that comes from breakfast will help you for the rest of the day..for performing many activities etc..
So the first meal should be rich in quality as well in quantity..for boosting metabolism..
So it's always recommend to have breakfast or any meal for that matter should be of high nutritional value ..and as and when you complete breakfast stroll (Walk slowly) a while instead of sitting at one place ..and then you can resume back to your daily chores..
Upon rising have a glass of lukewarm water on empty stomach, can also have soaked almonds, walnuts or any dry fruits..
If you are taking brunch the timing should be in between 10 to 11 or 10:30 to 11:30 am and not more than that..
As brunch is the meal in between breakfast and lunch..so the timings should be as mentioned above..if possible..
Note :. Brunch is not something that's taken at 12:30 pm..when is then called as lunch..
As lunch timings are inbetween 12 pm to 2pm..and not more than that...
Next Steps
well balanced diet, healthy lifestyle modifications, good night sleep, proper timings for food and daily exercise, enough hydration to body, relaxed sleep, exposure to sun are all very essential and recommended ..
Health Tips
can also include brown rice in lunch, dals and legumes, if any rasam with vegetables, curd or yogurt or buttermilk..
consume lots of locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, high fiber, enough water around 2 to 3 litres max basing on outside climate and nuts, seeds, milk and milk products, omega 3 and 6 rich foods like sea fish ( salmon and macarel), flaxseeds, chia seeds, chicken, egg whites etc..
Note:..include plant based proteins, as they are of high biological value with greater bioavailability..
always prefer home cooked foods instead of outside ready to eat processed and packaged foods.
if not coffee ,tea can include green tea, black coffee and black tea which are healthy options to that of tea and coffee..
