Hello, Skipping any meal is not good for health. I would advise you to take light breakfast instead of a heavy one. Having coffee directly in evening is not advised as you are not having anything for so many hours and it also contains caffeine which inhibits digestion.

Hello, If your two meals are completely balance than it is ok.There should be a good combination of complex carbohydrates, protein, fibre and healthy fats.So that you will not get deficiency of any nutrients.
