Hello. We need to make sure that the diet we have is healthy. We need to have a check on the amount of simple sugars we have, that is the white sugar, honey, brown sugar, jaggery, etc. we have to increase the amount of complex carbohydrates in the diet, like the oats, whole grains, and also the amount of fiber intake in the day needs to be increased. the proteins should be good quality, high BV protein with low fat, like the low fat animal sources, combination of cereals and pulses. The total fat intake of the day shoulf be tremendously be reduced, majorly cutting down on the visible fat sources, that is the oil, butter, ghee, margarine, vanaspati, etc. the fat inttake through diet should be fromm the invisible sources, that is through nits and oul seeds, like flax seeds, walnuts, almonds, etc. Alonf with the diet what we have to include in our schedule is the physical activity. The activity could be as simple as a 45 minutes of brisk walk. Including these basic changes in the day to day changes can do wonders on our body.
