High weight ..
My weight is increaseing...my diet is of very less quantity...i eat chappaties 2in break fast and 1 in luch with vegetables and night i usually take rice...i eat meat once or twice in a week...but also iam not abel to loose my weight...i want to loose my weight..how can ii??

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks . You are very young start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.
