Hello. Kindly share your proper reports. What is the level of sgpt. Fatty liver is grade 2 or one. On that basis only a healthy and required guideline can be planned. In the mean while you can start with seasonal and fresh vegetables Seasonal fruits Plenty of water Fibre rich diet Small n frequent meal at every 2 hourly Oil quantity should be less Start with 30-40 minutes of walk too. Milk and other dairy products can be discussed as per the reports only.

Healthy morning Liver health can be maintained easily by consuming a balanced diet, which is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, cereals and lean protein. Use of fats and processed food products should be cut short. This will swiftly bring down the SGOT and SGPT to normal range. Avoid fried foods, junk food. Do walk daily and cycling daily. Take green leafy, pulses, low fat curd, lassi, paneer , buttermilk, coconut water. Take lukewarm water before and after meals.
Health Tips
To increase healthy fats in the form of coconut oil, flax seeds, ghee, oil, curd , paneer . And reduce intake of refined carbohydrates in the form of sugar, wheat , rice, corn , potatoes.
