Small n frequent meal at every 2 hourly

Liver health can be maintained easily by consuming a balanced diet, which is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, cereals and lean protein.
Use of fats and processed food products should be cut short. This will swiftly bring down the SGOT and SGPT to normal range.
Avoid fried foods, junk food. Do walk daily and cycling daily. Take green leafy, pulses, low fat curd, lassi, paneer , buttermilk, coconut water.
Take lukewarm water before and after meals.
