Before suggesting any diet to you I would suggest to you let me know your blood parameters.  Like lipid profile only then I can suggest diet to you. In general I would suggest balanced nutrition to you with adequate fiber and fluids. Avoid ultra processed foods.

Early morning walk, lots of water ,balanced diet ,no junk food ,no maida or bakery products, no alcohal ,seeds and nuts daily in adequate amount with proper sleep to reverse back your recent fatty liver and triglycerides level
