My numbers are Triglycerides 374 LDL 180... I do regular exercise but my alcohol consumption is high. Kindly suggest and advise medicine as well

Hi, For medicine part contact physician. For Dietary & lifestyle modification, limit alcohol, high salt, high sugar and high fat consumption. Do regular exercise/ aerobics for 30 min - 1 hr. Stop processed, packaged, preserved & outside food completely. Take balanced home made meals.
