Hi Have just 50gm to 60gm of curd will  cause belly fat.. curd is best for your digestion you can have it regularly..

No not at all , it’s a great probiotic. You should have it daily . It should be homeset and with low fat milk

Hello, Curd is natural probiotic. It helps in good digestion. If you are concern about body fat and weight ,then do consume  all milk and milk products which is made from low fat milk or tonned milk. You can have curds provided that it is maintained with a proper quantity. Make sure you space your meal properly which is balance with complex carbohydrates Fats and Proteins
