High Heart Rate
Hi Doctors, Greetings. For past sometime like a year or so , I have observed my heart rate is usually high reating between 80-100 and if I do brisk walk it is around 150. I have done my ECG it is normal, I have done cholesterol test it is not very high. But my height is 5.9 and weight is 94 kgs. I don't have any other issues like chest pain or breathlessness while walking only high heart rate. What could be the reason?

The normal heart rate is from 70-100. So you don't really have a high heart rate. Your weight is bit high for your height. Try reducing your weight, cholesterol and  stress.
