High heart rate during workout
Hi Doctors, I am 37 year old male with a weight 89.5 kg and a height of 5 feet 8 inches. I am a beginner to fitness. My question is when I run like even for 1 minute my heart rate reaches 175-180 , although I am not tired or exhausted the smart watch shows high rate and due it I adjust my pace and it goes down to 130-140. My bp is normal, but my h1bac is 7.1. Is this normal, or do I need to take something into consideration. Also, my VO2 max comes in poor category. And any tips to improve on this

More information is needed. Do you feel breathless, when heart rate goes high? Get ECG and cardiac echo  and thyroid function tests done.

Mere a Hba1c of 7.1 doesn’t make you diabetes. Get a fasting, 2 hr PP after 75 gm glucose. Get all your routine test done Review with reports .
