According to the new AHA Guidelines >130/80mmHg is considered stage 1 hypertension (high bp) However these are all according to American standards. Would need to discuss your lifestyle and body type to reach a conclusion whether there is anything to worry or not. But even if there is anything to worry, you have checked yourself very early.
