Please try to manage with diet and exercise first for 12weeks and repeat lipid profile after 12weeks if still there is no change in lipid profile or lipid profile is getting worse then start on medication If there is mild to moderate improvement in parameter then continue you dietary, lifestyle modifications and exercise regularly
