Today I am feeling little bit vertigo. Checked bp. It shows 145/100. Regular I take telvas 40. What is the reason for elevated bp. What will be the right treatment?

definitely ur BP is high ,please check ur BP regularly for 1 week ,then consult ,also control salt ,do mild exercise

Your blood pressure is bit high .Non adherence to the treatment ,lack of physical activity , increased salt intake are few of the common causes.Treatment may include increasing the dose or adding one more antihypertensive from different class.
