Clinically evaluating someone first and then seeing the reports is what a doctor follows. I would like to examine you first , see your reports and then give you a second opinion. By seeing only reports, it is not possible to come to a conclusion. Thank you. Please visit my chamber and message me personally for appointment.

You’ll have to keep monitoring your blood pressure regularly along with some lifestyle modifications. Blood pressure medications are usually taken for prolonged periods but if taken care of the diet and making other changes, the medications will be changed accordingly
Next Steps
Monitor BP and lifestyle modifications
