High blood pressure
Hi doc..I'm 23 years old.. yesterday I checked my blood pressure for the very first time and I got my bp 152/104 and today I got 153/107
Niether I smoke nor I drink..
I feel sleepy all the time.. i feel weak in legs and somedays ago I felt like my heart is acting abnormal I didn't felt any pain... I feel weakness in my body and it's affecting my studies..
Kindly suggest me what should I do.
