High ANXIETY
My husband is 32 years and has been dealing with anxiety disorder simce 6 years. Being a partner I really want to help him but I dont know how can i help him and make him feel better...What are the ways to help/calm people with anxiety disorder? He has been taking meds as well but I see no change....I dont even know where to see a psyhchiatrist or is there any other speacialist

along with medication sometimes it becomes important to take therapy as well uh you guys can reach out to me let's plan some therapy i'll help you out too as to how to help him and support him in dealing with his anxiety issues he'll get better don't worry all the best
