Hi...need help
Am now 34 week pregnant..... 8 week my tsh is 4.5...and taking thyronrm 25mg.......but I was taking the medicine illlin empty stomach with iron tablet....NOW I am tensed because of this reason my baby will have any problem? Plz help me

Iron should not be taken empty stomach.It causes gastritis. Iron is usually started after 13 wks.At 34 wks TSH should be around 3to3.5.so you have to increase the dose of thyronorm. Consult your Gynaecologist . .

Iron supplement should never be taken on an empty stomach You need to check your thyroid levels every 45 days in  pregnancy and maintain less than 2.5 in the first trimester and less than 3 subsequently
