Hello
I have been feeling weak, fatigued and dizzy and took a cbc test today. Pl find attached the report. My Hb was 11.8 in Sep. It has dipped to 10.8 now. Vit b12 is normal and other parameters are normal. Hba1c is 6. Cholesterol is slightly high.
This Hb drop is worrying me. I am scared it may be internal bleeding or something. Please let me know way forward and what this could be. I always worry about bowel related issues. I have had bloating and gas and pain last few days. No loose motion or visible blood or mucus. I have Ibs and this happens once in a while though. My period was last than normal this time. LMD was 6th of Dec. Please let me knew what to as I'm very very anxious.
Thank you.
