Hello Please add more of iron rich foods to your regular diets such as ; In fruits oranges, tomatoes, grapes, pomogranates, apples, Bananas, guava.. In dry fruits can take dates either fresh or dried and figs as well.. In veggies can consider taking carrots, raddish, cucumbers, bittergourds,.. And in leafy greens can consume methi leaves, moringa leaves, wheat grass powder , spinach( palak) and sorrel leaves.. all these surely help in getting heamoglobin levels back to normal slowly with daily dietary consumption.. Along with the above please add more fluids and water also in your daily routine as blood contains some percentage of water also.. Thankyou

She needs to take beet root ,pomegranate, raisins  ,dates and jaggery tto increase hemoglobin fast.please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for her.

Hi, Have Whole grains like Bajra, Red poha, Leafy vegetables like Cauliflower greens, Dill leaves. Garden cress seeds (Halim) 1-2 tsp soaked overnight and to be had with a dash of lemon added.lemon water to be had with meals.
