Hematology: Low platelet count
Hello
I am struggling with low platelet and WBC count from last 2 months. Have taken platelet transfusion and am currently on Wysolone 20mg from last 7 days with no effect. My bone marrow test results are normal.
Want to know what could be possible causes.

This problem is due to the viral infection.

pappaya leaf juice 30 ml BD daily take in the morning and evening up to 1 week .
