Help me solve this problem
I am 18 n my height is 5.9 my weight is 60 is it enough or should i have to gain weight or to lose weight.what should be my weight how can i get weight any medicine but it should be a permanent weught gainer n not that which we use to gain weight but when we stop taking it we lose our gained weight too.

Hi According to your height your weight should be 66kgs Comsume high fibre and high protein diet. There is no as such need to take supplements to gain weight as your target is easy. It can be easily done if diet taken correctly. Learn more about sources Drink lots of water. Try taking 6 meals in a day. Follow a right meal pattern. Don't skip meals. Consume all fruits and vegetables. Try eating protien rich snacks such as dhokla , besan cheela , sprouts, egg whites during mid morning and evening time.
