Hi
Mam
There are various factors which determine the height of the girl/ boy.
Genetics/ family history
Dietary habits of the kid does she eat well
Has she attained puberty ? If yes, are her periods regular?
Does she do any form of exercise?
What is her mode of exercise?
Does she take any supplements?
Pls maintain her on a good diet with three times a day milk with a protein supplement like Nutrilite protein powder add natural sweetener like natural honey or dated?
Let her drink plenty of water and add fruits three times a day in addition add nuts about 10-15.
If you are a non veg add 2 No of eggs everyday, chicken 3 to4 times a week.
I don t know much whether camel milk will help.
Make her do skipping at least 4 times a week for twenty minutes.
Join her into any active sport like basketball, football.
Next Steps
Maybe you could consult a homeopathy doctor they make give small doses of steroids which I believe make promote height increase by 2 to 4 inches
If less height is in the genes then external inputs do not work much, but the bright side is that , ahe is just thirteen and in the second growth spurt, so high protein diet helps along with stretching exercises. No harm in trying
Hi,
Let her grow naturally. Don't experiments these superfoods. Check the family history.
Engage her in physical workouts especially stretching. Give her balanced meals, including all nutrients.
