I went to physiotherapist for my heel pain. Dr has done eswt therapy first and then lazer therapy together. And told me to do ice bottle message. After 4 hour I am getting more pain on heel.

Ultrasound therapy will help you for your heel pain.
You should should wear a comfortable foot wear.
You should avoid prolonged standing.
You should do calf stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
Nothing to worry mam
1. Wear MCR/MCP slippers first
2. Release ur calf muscle tightness
3. Do a proper assessment & diagnosis under a senior sports physiotherapist
4. Simply by keeping ice it wont reduce
5. Do myofacial trigger release, dry needling treatment techniques, chiropracticadjustments, muscle lengthening, manual therapy mobilization of ankle & foot
6. Daily use foam rollers for calf then apply ice

Hi, High intensity laser therapy (class 4 ) laser treatment is the best option for acute and chronic heels pain.
With in 3 sitting yours pain will be disappeared.

1. now Start hot and cold therapy (contrast bath) atleast 2 times in a day.
2. Start some exercises after reducing the pain and inflammation, like stretching and Ball rolling and strengthen exercises.

avoid long standing and walking.
avoid High heels footwear.
Sometimes it pains, but ask the therapist to do laser and ultrasound therapy only.
Icing twice a day will be helpfull, wear silicongel heel pad with slipper or sandal whatever you use at he, this will also reduces the heel pain.
