If we mix water with milk and drink that milk. So that water does decrease the absorption of vitamins and minerals which vitamins and minerals  are present in milk ? I mean is pure milk and milk with water have same benefits ?

There is no issue, Direct milk alwas good,if same one has poor digetion  than can add few amount of water..generally pure milk boiled by adding few amount of water, than drinking is beneficial.

Good morning dear user, No issue if you are mixing some amount of water in milk. Only the fat present in milk will be reduced no possibility of any vitamins and minerals are loss. But don't take it in regular basis. Take Pure milk sometimes too.

People having digestion issues are advised to mix milk and water . No it doesn't decrease the absorption of vitamin but it dilute vitamin.

This depends on your nutritional requirements as per your body weight & BMI. In some cases it's advisable to take diluted milk if any underlying condition persists. While in some cases pure milk is allowed to consume. However on a generalised note you might take diluted milk in moderation. Thanks
