Since past few days at night while sleeping suddenly I have a feeling of breathlessness followed by heartburn and perspiration. It feels strange and there is restlessness. Also there is swallowing problem. I am fearing that it is not something related to heart?

By keeping your age in mind,I advise you to take ECG if this breathlessness persists.. According to your history it seems like a Gastric problem, but I don't know about your risk factors like smoking history, lipid profile, you exercise or you live a sedentary life or your food habits..So advise you kindly undergo ECG and also take Tablet Rabeprazole 40mg if heartburn occurs next time Thankyou
